Light and delicious ~ the real Princess Cake

 

The cake decorated with the pink marzipan rose, and a sugar dust.

For our Princesstårta we use:

Organic whipping cream (no additives)
Home made Raspberry Jam
The Best Marzipan, only almonds and sugar
Green Food coloring (yes- it is by tradition green)
A light cake without butter
Home made Custard


The traditional color of the marzipan is green.
