A winter Saturday and the making of a Princess cake

 
Ingredients ready. Covered with whipped cream.

For this Princesstårta I used:

Organic whipping cream (no additives)
My home made Raspberry Jam
Odense Marzipan that Mom brought from Sweden
Green Food coloring (yes- it must be green)
A light cake without butter
Home made Custard

The marzipan cover is on.  
The cake is decorated.
The marzipan rose in the middle.
